Introducing samscope

Thousands of federal contract opportunities post every week. samscope reads them so a small business development team doesn't have to.

The government posts every contract opportunity in one place, and that place is built for posting, not for finding. A small company tracking a handful of NAICS codes still faces hundreds of new notices a week, most of them irrelevant, each with a package of PDFs that has to be opened to find out whether the work is even in scope.

samscope is our answer to that. It loads the full federal opportunity feed every night and polls for changes through the day, keeps only the notices in the NAICS codes and set-asides you track, pulls in the descriptions and the attachments, extracts their text, and turns what it finds — clearance level, CMMC level, contract type, option years, incumbent mentions — into tags you can filter on. Every notice gets a fit score against your company's profile, so the list opens with the ten that matter.

From there it is a working tool, not a feed: bookmark what you are chasing, save searches that post new matches to Discord, Slack, Teams or Mattermost, turn a notice into a project with tasks and documents, and ask a model about the solicitation package with your own API key.

We built it for our own pursuit work first. It runs on samscope.us, and the pricing page has the plans as they stand. If you do federal capture and are tired of reading notices, we would like to hear what you need.
