What counts as a user?
A person with a sign-in. Alert channels and webhooks don't count against seats.
What counts as a NAICS code?
A six-digit code in your targeting profile. Notices are kept for every code you list; change the list whenever you like.
Can I bring my own API key for the public feed?
Yes, on every plan. It raises the daily budget for description fetches and amendment checks, and it is encrypted at rest.
What's different about Enterprise?
Sign-in through your identity provider with OpenID Connect, multifactor authentication required for everyone, the audit log, and a support contact who knows your setup.
Is samscope affiliated with the government?
No. samscope is an independent product from Silus LLC. The notices, documents and contacts it shows come from public sources.
